    interviews

Interview was an interesting thing that I had thought many about it when I looked for a job. Picking up my old job interviews history out, when I graduated from college, I took interviews in campus. Too young at that time to find out a good job, I accepted the first offer of the second interview. It's hard to say how about my first company because I just left it after three months. Sometimes people say it's a not bad company but I really don't know too much, hehe.

When I arrived at Beijing and began to look for a job to make a living, I took many interviews indeed. And the interviews were various, may include waitress, drawer, assistant, receptionist, engineer, etc, anything to buy myself eating would be my choice. I just thought, at that time, to earn some money to rent a room and work for several months. Later I would look for a real job. But I'm very lucky that a nice CTO offered me a position as a software developengineer though I don't have any work experience. I had the most happy time of my career in that small company during those two years. After that I had to leave it because I have to prepare for my future while that small company couldn't help me and it's sad that the business were very bad then.

The second job searching for me was too easy to expect. When I told a friend who worked at bs I was looking for a job, she referenced me to bs and it's really very soon that I got the offer from MS outsourceing project. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. It's like just a wink then I became a manager in four years. Maybe it's just too soon to scared me so I left bs. :p

After leaving bs I was "planning" to find a job that I really want to have. Since it's not hurry I wanted to take this time seriously. Kind of, if you know me, I cannot be too serious to things. I think if I buy job too seriously I would go crazy definately. And actually, when I took this job searching thing seriously at first, my heart almost crashed. It's a big test for your mental standability. Because you may be demeaned as a useless person that even can't implement a test case while several hours later you may be respected as a super star if you joined the other company and all these things can happen not only once in a day because often when you think wow the boss likes me very much then they would give you none response. Never called back because the answer must depress you. There were many interesting details in interviews and sometimes I played it back in spare time, it's fun.

In a word, I just want to say, interview is a good thing to take, just take it easily.
