There're two re-orgs impressed me in my career history up to now. One was happened in 2006 winter's beginning and the other is just going now, 2008 winter's ending. You know, there's no good or bad. It's just the feeling that was brought to my heart. I still remember the first closure of my first project caused by the "re-org".  Although my lead noticed me ahead official news, My head turned to be blank at the moment when it's announced. Just blank for a few minutes, but impressed enough to nail as a big milestone of my career. That's why I remind that moment when the second re-org comes. This time is better since I can choose now. It is just, sometimes choice can also be very hard, hard to take any of the options.

Spring is coming, I'm looking forward it.
